Alloy steel is 304# grade of these stainless steel led letters, which provides excellent resistance to corrosion and tarnishing fighting effectively in most circumstances. In addition, “gold” finish is available for titanium coated stainless steel. This material is made of 304 stainless steel coated with a thin layer of titanium tinted. Because the manufacturing process, the edge of all the faces on the letters and logos are fine lines set # 304 stainless which will be buffed smooth polished on letters or pat on the letters in satin to maintain consistency in appearance. Of course 316 grade is also available, 316 grade stainless steel led letters is good for store front signs which near the seaside, 316 grade stainless steel can resist the corrosion caused by erosion of rainwater.
